Fencing has shaped openings for the passage of warm air, is attached to the curtains, and is locked with a three-sided key.

The set of fences is made in a single design from stainless tetrapolished steel.

Casings and fence brackets are made of stainless steel.

A set of furniture in the service pile is made of thick plastic, resistant to moisture and aggressive substances.

The furniture set includes a refrigerator cabinet with a sliding table top with rails, a dish cabinet, a sink cabinet with a stainless steel sink, and a conductor's chair.

The planning and construction of furniture takes into account the placement of equipment: microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc., and increases the comfort of the room.

Elements of toilets are made of fiberglass with mirrors, fittings, and a stainless steel sink.

Internal partition wagons are made of fire-resistant, moisture-resistant plywood, lined with plastic, with the necessary fasteners.

The color of the plastic is agreed with the customer.

Ceilings the wagons are made of thin sheet steel 1.2 mm thick with a powder coating with side panels made of fiberglass.

In the ceilings of corridors, vestibules, and hatches are provided for servicing communications located above the ceilings, as well as for installing lamps, fire alarm sensors, air distribution devices, and sounding devices. Hatches have locks that can be opened with a three-sided key.

Ceiling panels are removable or rotatable.

To exclude the possibility of arbitrarily opening the covers of the ceiling hatches, each hatch is equipped with locks for a three-sided key and safety belts with carabiners.

The central hatches of the ceiling of the cabin are a steel rounded sheet with welded embedded parts - corners and brackets for additional rigidity. An LED strip is installed along the cabin to illuminate the cabin.

A set of furniture in the driver's rest compartment. The chest is made of sheet metal with additional treatment with anti-corrosion agents.

Luggage shelf painted with powder coating.

The material of the upholstery of the lower shelf is fire-resistant acrylic wear-resistant fabric.

A cabinet for documents is installed in the compartment.

A set of facings of the side walls consists of:

  • wall cladding elements of the corridor;
  • lining elements of the walls of the service compartment;
  • conductor's rest compartment;
  • interior wall cladding elements;
  • toilet wall cladding elements.

The lining of the side walls is made of heat-resistant thermoformed plastic with the necessary fastening elements. Decorative aluminum or plastic profiles are installed at the joints of the panels.

The facing surface is resistant to the influence of detergents, and chemical and thermal disinfection.

A set of interior doors consists of:

  • two doors from the vestibules to the carriage;
  • sliding aluminum doors from the corridor to the salon with glass in the transport version;
  • sliding doors in the service compartment and conductors' rest compartment;
  • toilet doors.

The doors of the toilets are made of rotary (inside the toilet) with an electric locking lock.

The doors from the vestibules to the car are made of fire-resistant plywood, lined with plastic, with the use of cellular filler. Door frames and door moldings are made of polished stainless steel.

In the salon the wagon is equipped with the following equipment:

  • 2nd class seats, upholstered with fire-resistant acrylic wear-resistant fabric with split pile on the front side;
  • stainless steel luggage racks;
  • glass partitions dividing the salon into zones;
  • aluminum luggage shelves with built-in glass (triplex) and LED strip lighting; hooks for clothes that move along the side wall and hidden fastening of curtains;
  • stationary tables without sharp corners, made of fire-resistant plywood covered with plastic, with folding elements for passenger convenience;
  • televisions.

A set of facing vestibules consists of:

  • flat wall cladding elements;
  • doors of coal boxes;
  • cover of signal lights;
  • handbrake frame (fiberglass).

All vestibule lining elements are made of stainless tetrapolished and mirror steel.
